Objectives 

The degree in Physics Engineering has as its main objective to ensure solid knowledge of the fundamental areas of Physics, Mathematics and Electronics and Instrumentation. This course also offers base training in Chemistry, Economy and Management, Programming and Computing, in addition to curricular units of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Personal Development. The inclusion of an internship at the end of the course allows students to have their first contact with R&D in a business environment or in research centres of the academy, or even promote mobility in the international space (e.g. Erasmus programme).

Skills: Physical sciences and fundamentals of engineering science. Physical-based industrial and technological processes. Simulation and modelling of processes and systems. Research and development in physical and related technologies. Interface problem solving between engineering specialties.
