The area of food safety is a strongly interdisciplinary area related to the production, transport, storage and processing of food products, which imposes a significant set of international standards relating to a set of physicochemical and microbiological characteristics considered suitable for their consumption. It is intended, with this training, to make an important contribution to the qualification of professionals working in these areas.
