There is a need to establish a symbiotic relationship between the citizen and the natural environment in which he or she is inserted, while viewing physical literacy as an ecological competence, where environmental sustainability must be based, encouraging the adoption of healthy lifestyles for a better quality of life.
This postgraduate course develops knowledge and skills on physical literacy considered as an ecological competence, promoting methodologies for the healthy development of physical, cognitive, emotional and social lifestyles.
This course is aimed at local public administration staff (planning, infrastructure, sports and education services), directors of sports clubs, kindergarten teachers, teachers of 1st cycle education, and Physical Education teachers.
