Provide professionals in the food sector with skills to help organizations to continuously improve and strengthen their food quality and safety management systems.
Sumário 

The guarantee of food safety and quality (SQA) is carried out through a set of preventive actions that are managed at various levels in an organization. The SQA involves an increasingly specialized set of technical and practical knowledge, despite being multidisciplinary, given the complexity of food matrices and the necessary macro vision, where the organization is inserted in the production and food processing chain. The purpose of the course is to provide skills to professionals in the food sector that can help organizations strengthen their SQA management systems, thus gaining competitive advantages.
It is intended that the student acquires skills that allow him to:
• Use management tools that help you to plan SQA preventively
• Critically analyze existing industrial practices with an impact on SQA
• Know how to propose solutions to improve food production practices
• Plan SQA management systems
• Monitor and verify preventive measures
• Propose technical solutions for the continuous improvement of SQA's management systems
• Plan food authenticity guarantee systems
• Know how to audit SQA management systems
