Provide professionals in the food sector with skills to innovate and communicate appropriate messages increasing consumer satisfaction and confidence. 
Sumário 

Food sector organizations face major challenges due to the impact of food production on society and concerns related to public health, environmental protection and fair competitiveness. Thus, the search for guaranteeing food safety and quality (FSQ) requires multidisciplinary knowledge from its technicians. The aim of the course is to train professionals of the food sector who can help organizations to progress and position themselves in a harmonious relationship with society, communicating adequately with all the agents involved.
It is intended that the student acquire skills that allow him to:
• Define processes of a management system
• Plan and analyze FSQ management processes with sustainability and innovation strategies.
• Plan food innovation & development
• Monitor proactive measures
• Determine quantifiable indicators of FSQ objectives
• Analyze industrial practices with environmental impact
• Analyze food production support processes
• Propose solutions for the continuous improvement of organizations
• Communicate and motivate employees
• Communicate with consumers
• Communicate the risk
• Communicate in times of crisis
