Food sector organizations face major challenges due to the impact of food production on society and concerns related to public health, environmental protection and fair competitiveness. Thus, the search for guaranteeing food safety and quality (FSQ) requires multidisciplinary knowledge from its technicians. The aim of the course is to train professionals of the food sector who can help organizations to progress and position themselves in a harmonious relationship with society, communicating adequately with all the agents involved.
It is intended that the student acquire skills that allow him to:
