Academic Department:

Face-to-face service is provided on Mondays and Fridays, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, and on Tuesday and Thursday, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, subject to prior appointment and mandatory use of a mask. To schedule your appointment, you must use the email address or the telephone number for the subject you want to deal with.
Face-to-face service on Wednesdays, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, is not subject to prior appointment but is subject to the mandatory use of a mask.
Telephone assistance is available every working day.
