Metabolic syndrome - When the metabolism runs wild, by TU Graz

This MOOC aims to address the underlying causes and consequences of the metabolic syndrome (MetS), a condition that affects over a billion people worldwide (WHO). The MetS is a compilation of risk factors that includes visceral obesity, high blood sugar and triglycerides, low HDL-cholesterol and hypertension. This online course will deal with diverse aspects related to the MetS.

Atlas of Digital Architecture - Part 2, by TU Graz

This MOOC is named after and based on the Atlas of Digital Architecture, a compendious textbook about the myriad ways in which computers are used in architecture today. Through a series of engaging, episodic online lectures and discussions, the online course offers an introduction and orientation to the fascinating and fast changing world of digital architecture. This is part 2 in a series of MOOCs (part 1 here).

New data economy, by Aalto university

An Introduction to Anti-rivalry, a new MOOC created by researchers and educators from Aalto University as part of the Horizon 2020 project, ATARCA, is now available for all Unite! members. This course is a free and open access introduction to the concept of anti-rivalry and how it applies to digital goods like data. It also introduces what anti-rivalry means for business.
This course is relevant for business and economics students, those studying information sciences, and those interested in the data economy.
